Saitech Incorporation, Inc. we make every effort to provide you
with up-to-the-minute inventory status and product availability
information. Due to the fact that our online store consists of a
large quantity of products, an item may not always be in stock.
Saitech Incorporation may accept orders for out-of-stock items.
If the item you order is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder
and shipped to you when it becomes available.

returns and replacements after the first 7 days of invoice date
must be handled directly through the manufacturer anytime. Customers
are responsible to return shipping expense under any condition including
DOA (Dead on Arrival). Manufacturer's warranties vary on each product.
Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice. Please
contact the manufacturer to obtain warranty information.

shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of all
items and the destination zip code for your shipment. On orders
with multiple shipments, the shipping charges are calculated separately.
Shipping charges are non-refundable on all shipments. An additional
charge will be charged to your credit card for any shipment that
is refused. Please keep in mind that the shipping process starts
as to after we process the order. The orders placed after 12:00 Noon PST are not guaranteed being shipped the same day. Customers need
to call in to confirm.
